The Marathontime PROTEIN PANCAKE is a high-protein, nutrient-rich, easy-to-prepare choice, with which you don't have to give up dessert even if you're on a diet. It contains high-quality fast and slow-absorbing proteins from several sources (whey, casein, eggs). This amount can make 2 pancakes. Proteins contribute to the maintenance and growth of muscle mass, as well as to the maintenance of the normal state of bones.
Directions for use:
Mix a serving of 50 g of Protein Pancake powder with 150-200 ml of milk or water. Fry the pasta prepared in this way in a medium-hot non-stick pan, in a little fat, until golden brown in about two minutes per side.
