Whey protein isolates are among the purest forms of whey protein, and whey protein isolates have a higher protein content than whey protein concentrates.
Our products are made with the addition of lactase enzyme, which helps break down lactose. After preparing the mixture, please wait at least 15 minutes for the enzyme to activate. Our product can only be considered completely lactose-free if properly diluted. For isolates, this means dissolving 25 grams of product in 850 milliliters of lactose-free liquid. In the case of proteins, 30 grams of product in 1450 milliliters of lactose-free liquid. In this dilution, the lactose content of our product in the finished product is less than 0.1 mg/100g.
