Contents of the shopping cart
Once you have placed the item, you can view the contents of the shopping cart by clicking on the basket icon in the upper right corner of the page. You can add an unlimited number of items to your shopping cart per purchase. Here you will see a list of the products you want to buy, together with the number of pieces, which you can click on the arrows to increase or decrease the quantity. To order your basket items, press [Continue to Checkout] to purchase as a registered user or to purchase without registration. If you are already registered with our system, you just need to log in, no need to re-enter shipping details. After selecting payment and shipping, the system calculates the current shipping cost, which is clearly legible. In the last step of the order you have the opportunity to add comments, additional information and requests to the order. Of course, the data can be modified and any typing errors can be corrected by clicking on the appropriate field.
If everything is OK with your order, you can finalize the order by clicking on the [ORDER] button as the last step (Item 5, Order Summary). However, you must accept the following: "I acknowledge and accept the terms of purchase and the payment obligation associated with my order." You can also track your order details in the right column. You will receive an email when your order is placed. Unfortunately, phone orders are not accepted due to technical reasons.
Shipping and its cost
Currently, the ordered package is shipped with the help of GLS Courier Service. There is no facility for personal pick-up and delivery.
Payment for the ordered products is possible by advance payment or cash on delivery.
Every day, the courier service takes the packages that have already been prepared. Personal pick-up in the webshop is not possible. When entering the customer's details, you must provide a delivery address where you can receive the postal item during the day, from 8am to 4pm on the given delivery day (1 or 2 days from the date of receipt of the order)! It's also important to provide a phone number where our company or courier staff can reach you during the day to deal with any issues you may have with the package.
Orders received or accepted by 2 pm on a given business day will be handed over to the Courier Service on that day.
No shipping on weekends and holidays!
If, for some reason, the customer or the indicated consignee is not at the specified location at the time of delivery, the courier service will contact him at the telephone number specified by the customer for re-delivery of the shipment.
IMPORTANT! The courier service retries the delivery twice more, then returns the parcel to the sender. If you fail to deliver the parcel a second time and therefore request that the parcel be resubmitted, we will be able to make a prepayment for the cost of re-delivery.
Condition for free shipping
If the value of the order reaches or exceeds the value of 14.000 HUF, the delivery is free of charge.
In other cases the cost of delivery is 990 HUF + VAT.

We keep stocks of products. On average, we can ship your order within 1 business day. If this is not possible, our staff will notify you by e-mail or phone which product to wait. In this case, it is possible to: - omit the product from the order and send the package without this product or choose another similar (replacement) product. We guarantee that your best interests are always paramount.
We handle orders quickly and accurately. In some cases, due to our fault (eg, if the customer does not provide a phone number and does not respond to any of our emails), we are unable to process your order at a reasonable rate. All cases where the order has not been executed or damaged due to our or our supplier's fault are treated with full flexibility or money back guarantee.
Payment by advance payment
If you choose this payment method when you place your order, when you place your order, we will send you your bank account number at the beginning of the confirmation email you received to place the order value. Please enter the order number and the name of the order in the remarks section of the transfer so that we can easily identify your payment upon receipt of the transfer.
Upon receipt of your transfer, we will prepare your package for delivery.
Payment by cash on delivery
If you choose this payment method when you place your order, the courier will have to pay the package in cash upon delivery.
Right of withdrawal
You, as a consumer, have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days. The period for exercising the right of withdrawal shall commence on the date of receipt of the product. If the contract covers several products but is delivered at different times, the time limit for exercising the right of withdrawal shall be calculated from the date of receipt of the last product received. Naturally, this does not affect the consumer's right to cancel the contract between the date of conclusion of the contract and the date of receipt of the product. Consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal by sending a clear statement of withdrawal by mailing them to one of the contact details in the General Data section of these Terms and Conditions or by e-mail. In case of doubt, it is for the consumer to prove that he has exercised his right of withdrawal as described above. If the consumer withdraws from the contract, we will reimburse any compensation, including transport costs, payable by the consumer without delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of cancellation, except for any additional costs incurred by the consumer as a result of , you have chosen the cheapest mode of transport other than the standard mode of transport. The refund will be based on the payment method chosen by the consumer at the time of the original transaction. With the express consent of the consumer, we may use another method of payment for the refund, but the consumer shall not be charged any additional fee. We are entitled to withhold the above amount until the consumer has returned the product or has undoubtedly confirmed that it has been returned. The earlier of the two shall be taken into account. In the event of withdrawal, the consumer must return the product immediately or, at the latest, within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal, or return the product to us within that period. Returns are deemed to have been completed on time if the consumer has dispatched the product before the time limit expires. The consumer shall bear only the direct cost of returning the product. The consumer shall only be liable for any diminution in use resulting from use in excess of that necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
Warranty, Product Warranty, Enforcement
Consumers may enforce a warranty claim for defective performance of Marathomtime - in accordance with the provisions of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code.
The consumer may, at his option, have the following warranty claims:
• Request repair or replacement, unless it is impossible for the consumer to meet the customer's choice or if it would cause the business a disproportionate additional cost.
• If no repair or replacement has been requested or requested, the consumer may request a proportional reduction of the consideration or the consumer may, at the expense of the business, repair or repair the contract or, in the final case, cancel the contract.
The consumer may switch from one option to another, but the cost of the switch shall be borne by the consumer unless justified or justified by the enterprise. The consumer shall notify the defect immediately, but no later than 2 months from the discovery of the defect. After the expiry of the six-month limitation period for the performance of the contract, the consumer may no longer enforce his warranty claims. Within 6 months of the date of delivery (purchase), there is no other condition for enforcing the consumer's warranty claim as long as the consumer certifies that he has purchased the product from Marathontime. However, after 6 months from the date of delivery (purchase), it is the consumer's responsibility to prove that the defect he recognized was present at the time of delivery. In the event of a defect in the product, the consumer may, at his option, claim the aforesaid warranty or product warranty claim. As a product warranty claim, the consumer may only request the repair or replacement of the defective product. A product is defective if it does not meet the quality requirements applicable at the time of placing it on the market or if it does not have the characteristics given by the manufacturer.
The consumer can enforce his product warranty claim within 2 years of the product manufacturer placing it on the market. Upon expiry of that period, he shall lose his entitlement. The consumer can only claim a product warranty claim against the manufacturer or distributor of the product. The defect of the product must be proved by the consumer in case of claiming a product warranty. Manufacturer or manufacturer. the distributor shall be exempt from its product warranty obligation only if it can prove that: xy product was not manufactured or marketed in the course of its business, or xy product defect was not known at the time of sale or resulting from the application of a mandatory regulatory requirement. Due to the same defect, the consumer cannot enforce a claim for a product warranty and a product warranty concurrently. However, if your Product Warranty Claim is effectively enforced, you may enforce your Product Warranty for the replaced Product or part, against the manufacturer. Marathontime, in pursuit of consumer complaints and quality objections, has the interests of consumers in mind in its 49/2003. (VII. 30.) GKM. If the consumer wishes to claim a warranty against the distributor (hereinafter referred to as "the distributor") providing the service which is the subject of the consumer contract, the conclusion of the consumer contract shall be deemed to be proven if the consumer presents proof of payment. The distributor shall keep a record of the consumer's objection, stating: a.) The name and address of the consumer; ) the date on which the defect was reported, e.) a description of the defect., f) the claim that the consumer wishes to assert, g.) the way in which the objection will be resolved. If the method of dealing with the objection differs from that of the consumer, the reasons shall be stated in the minutes. A copy of the report shall be given to the consumer. If the distributor is not in a position to declare the fulfillment of the consumer's demand at the time of notification, he shall inform the consumer of his position within three working days. The distributor shall inform the consumer that any repair or replacement must be carried out within a reasonable period, having regard to the nature of the goods and to the purpose for which they are intended, without significant inconvenience to the consumer. The dealer must endeavor to repair or replace it within a maximum of fifteen days. For repair, the goods must be received against a receipt. The acknowledgment shall state the name and address of the consumer, the information necessary to identify the product, the time of its receipt and the date on which the consumer may receive the repaired product. Enforcement is governed by Act 49/2003. (VII. 30.) GKM on the form "Protocol of the consumer's objection".
In the interest of consumers, Marathontime® has a statutory warranty on consumer durables in accordance with Government Decree 151/2003. (IX. 22.) Korm.
1. Consumer contract in the territory of the Republic of Hungary [Civil Code] 685 (e)] of the new durable goods listed in the Annex to the Decree (hereinafter referred to as "consumer goods") shall be covered by the warranty in accordance with the rules of this Decree.
2. Any agreement which derogates from this Regulation to the detriment of the consumer shall be null and void. Invalid agreement shall be replaced by the provisions of this Regulation.
3. The performance of the warranty is the responsibility of the party who is bound by the consumer contract to provide the service that is the subject of the contract ("the distributor"). Warranty rights may be enforced by the owner of a consumer good, provided that he is a consumer ("the consumer").
4. Where the manufacturer offers a consumer product with a more favorable warranty than that provided for in this Regulation, the rights to the distributor under the warranty shall transfer to the consumer on the date of performance of the consumer contract.
Marathontime® reserves the right, upon receipt of a shipment from one address, to fulfill the order upon re-dispatch of the delivery by re-charging the shipping fee, and thereafter to fulfill orders for that name and address only upon prepayment.
